Session Length and Platform

Individual and couples sessions are scheduled for either 55 minutes or 85 minutes.

Family sessions are scheduled for 85 minutes only.

I offer Telehealth via HIPPA-compliant platforms, however, I strongly encourage that trauma, child, and couple work in person.

Insurance

II am an in-network provider for United Healthcare. Insurance will only cover 55-minute sessions.

For clients who do not have UHC, I file Out-of-Network claims as a courtesy. Additional Super Bills are provided upon request.

Relational therapy is not covered by insurance and therefore cannot be used for couples or family therapy sessions.

Rates

Individual Therapy:

55 minute session: $165

85 minute session: $247.50

Couple or Family Therapy:

55 minute session: $180

85 minute session: $270
